Quick Gift Tags with My Pink Stamper Stamps!!

Last Night I was wrapping presents and I didn't have any labels! I would have loved to create some and use my Cricut but life right now is crazy!!!!! So I went in my craft room with some blank address labels and used Robyn's "Winter Treats and Sayings" stamp set. I made 60 in just a few minutes!
So if you need a really quick idea these worked great!!

"Sweet" House

Another project that I never posted!
I made this back in the beginning of October.
I was exploring my "Sweet Tooth Boxes" cartridge.

I used a 12x12 paper and used my fit to page feature to make it as big as I could.

You could use some clear plastic on the back side of the windows and fill this house up with sweets!

I used Robyn's "Yummy-licious" stamp set and my "Sweet Tooth Boxes" cartridge.

Reading Rocket Goodie Bags!

I had such a good time in Utah at the craft fair with Robyn two weeks ago and then turning around and driving to her house for Thanksgiving!!! We had a lot of fun over the holiday!
Between all of my travels I haven't had time to craft but I did realize that there were some projects I hadn't posted yet!
I did these goodie bags at the first of November for my daughter's class. When the children reach the goal of reading 250 minutes in the month they get a special something. I am enjoying getting to make something for these kids once a month!

I used my Create A Critter cartridge for the Turkey.

And I used Robyn's Biggie Punnies stamp set for the saying. I chose this stamp for the size, and that it said Hooray!

I hope you all have a great day!

My Pinks Stamper's November Pink-alicious Blog Hop

Welcome Everyone!

You should be arriving from Roberta's blog, and you should have started at Robyn (My Pink Stamper)'s blog. If you didn't then head to Robyn's blog to start and hop along so you don't miss any of the great projects!!

Since I found out that we were going to be able to visit my sick Grandfather this weekend while we are in Oregon I decided to make him a mini book!

Because I found out about my grandfather on Wednesday and I was leaving on Thursday I kept my book simple!

My kids call him "GG Pops" so I used my Cricut Classics Font cartridge and cut that out at 2 inches and I used the shadow feature for the back of my letters.

I used 8 1/2 x 11inch paper cut in half to give me 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch pages for my book. A 4x6 picture fits greats and gives me room to write a little something!

I had all my sibling send me some pictures of their families so that I could have us all in this book.

I glued three of my 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 sheets together and then covered them with cute paper to make my cover, and then repeated for my back cover. I then distressed the edges with a distressing tool and then I used black ink over the edges.

I was looking through Robyn's stamps for a stamp to use and this one was so perfect! I actually almost started to cry! This stamp is from her More Fabulous Phrases stamp set!

I hope that you enjoyed my project! Now hop on over to Maria

In case you got out of order here is the order we are going in tonight, and make sure that once you have hopped to everyone's blogs head back to Robyn's blog and join in the fun!!!
Have a great weekend!!!

Oregon bound

At the airport waiting to board. I am accompanying my husband on a business trip. I am thankful that we happened to be going to Oregon this weekend as we just found out that my grandpas health is not so good right now. We happen to have some time in our business schedule that we can drive the few hours to their house and see them. I know that there was divine intervention in making everything work out.
On a more exciting note, I am so excited for Robyn's blog hop tomorrow night! So make sure to head to Robyn's blog at 8 pm CST and hop along with us!!!

A Big THANK YOU!

I wanted to say  THANK YOU!!!! to all of you who sent cards to Kiya!
She absolutely LOVED getting the mail. I wish I would have brought my camera to the mailbox and caught her expression when she kept pulling out all of these cards for her. Everyday she looked forward to checking the mailbox and seeing if there was anything for her, and she told everyone she talked to about them. I also wanted to mention that my husband was so surprised and amazed by all of your love!!
We took some pictures when we were about to open all of her cards and I thought that I would share them with you! Thank you again for all of your love and prayers!

I am almost caught back up with things! It is amazing how fast things stack up when you take off time! Kiya and I enjoyed a LOT of bonding time while she was home recovering! Nothing else got done around the house but we sure enjoyed playing games, drawing pictures, painting nails, and cuddling while watching movies. It was so nice slowing down and just hanging out! She is such a trooper and did amazing at the hospital and in her recovering!! She did great for the first 5 days at taking it easy after the 5th day it was a little harder for her to take it easy and we had to learn that when we do a little to much we have to pay for it a little bit with some pain. She is back to her crazy, fun loving active self now and excited to be able to fully participate at school in recess and P.E.

My Pinks Stamper's October Pink-alicious Blog Hop

Hey everyone you should be coming from  Agnes (Flowerdisco)'s Blog.

If you came here first make sure to go to Robyn (My Pink Stamper)'s blog and start all of the fun!

******************
For my project I made this Take out box from the Sweet Tooth Boxes Cartridge. I used a 12x12 piece of paper and used the fit to page button which ended up cutting my box at 11.5 inches.

I punched holes for my grommet so that I could add a ribbon across the top, and then put the box together.

I couldn't decide on which stamp I wanted to use so I made two!

"Something Yummy for your Tummy!" is from Robyn's  Yummy-licious stamp set.

"100% Sweet" is from Robyn's Sweet Goodness stamp set.

**************************
And I am so excited to have a Yummy-licious stamp set to give away!!!!
To enter leave a comment on this post telling me why you LOVE Robyn, or any of her products!!!

Next hop on over to Courtney (Court's Crafts) !

Just in case you get lost here is the order of the blog hop!

September Reading Rockets Goodie Bags

At my daughters school the have a program called Reading Rockets! Each grade has a number of minutes (kindergarten has a number of books) that they are supposed to read each month. At the end of the year the kids can get a gold, silver or bronze medal, but to encourage the kids to read during the year each class has a Reading Rocket mom. I am that mom this year for my daughters class. So I get to do rewards/incentives for the kids each month who met their goal. This is what I did for the kids who met their goal in September.

Let my daughter help and we picked up some goodies and some halloween themed pencils.  We got the bags at Hobby Lobby and when we were on our way out we saw these cutest little witches hats so we picked those up to go on our lollipop ghosts!

We let my 3 year old son pick out the ribbon for the top of the bags and we used Everyday Paper Dolls to cut out some Halloween Kids to put on the front of the bags.

Here is how they all turned out!

This is what I was up late doing...

BAKING!!
I'm glad that my husband likes my baking and he so graciously offered up my baking to his hunting group. He had a list 10 items long that he wanted me to make for his 6 day 5 night hunting trip. I got the list down to 2!

Bread (Robyn's recipe-) although my bread is not as pretty as hers

And my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies! Yummy!

We are going to camp with him tonight and then will be back and I have a cute project I did for my daughters class that I will post on Monday!
Have a great weekend! I am crossing my fingers that I don't freeze!!!!!!

Whooooooo loves you? card

I wanted to make a card to send my daughters school pictures to our family with. I was looking thru my cartridges and saw this owl that I thought was cute so I decided to use it. I didn't really have a plan when making this card I just was creating as I went.

This is what I ended up with!
I had some little helping hands and we got this one turned upside down but we made it work.

I didn't decide which stamp I wanted to use until I was done putting them all together. Robyn has so many stamps that would have worked great but I ended up using this one! It is from Robyn's Punnylicious stamp set.

This is the finished product!

This is the Stamp set I used!

And I cut the Owl from Cindy Loo at 3 inches.

And I just love this ribbon!!
