I am a mom of four cute kids (if I do say so myself). I have a crazy life and crafting is my ME time! My mom told me that I can't claim to be a stay at home mom even though I do a lot of work from home. So I guess I have to say that I have many jobs. I am a mom, a nurse, accountant, office manager, volleyball coach, crafter and a wife.
Here is a video I did with my brand new Your Story Photo.
It was easy to use and I like the look of my end project. I don't think that it will take the place of my Bind-it-all but I do think that I will use it a lot! Hope you enjoy!
Karlee, Thanks for sharing the Your Story Photo with us! I just got mine, too, and haven't tried it yet. I guess I need BIA lessons. I ruin every project I try to use it on! I just can't get the hang of it!
Thanks Karlee! I'm considering both the Your Story and/or the BIA but I'm concerned about the glue on the Your Story and the pages coming out. What do you think?
thank you Karlee for showing us the Your Story I have the older model and getting the smaller unit... never used either so nice to see your video showing us how Also I love your purple bag it fit your cuttle bug perfectly The Scrapbooking Queen
I'm so glad you made this video. My daughter and niece and I got one of these at the scrapbook expo in SLC for $20 and non of us have used it yet. I am going to share your video with them and challenge them to make a book with me. thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks for sharing... what a cute little machine.. I love your purple bag, perfect for the cuttlebug.. I have the original your story and have never used it to make a book.. i must try it.. LisaMH
Hi Karlee! Thanks so much for showing us how to use the MyStory Photo AND how to emboss the cover. I have the bigger one (it's STILL in the box!!) but ordered 3 of the new ones for Xmas gifts. When I get them, I might have to keep one for myself, though! lol It's so cute! Hugs from R.I., Laura =:8 coconutbunnie@yahoo.com P.S. L O V E your purple bag!!!!!
Thanks Karlee! I went back and forth on this one for awhile before ordering, because like you I already have a binding machine (A Cinch, awesome!) but I think there is room in my crafting for this little tool too, can't wait to get mine! Andrea http//:heartinthedetails.blogspot.com
Thanx for the video. I picked up the Your Story (bigger machine) at my LSS's yard sale last week for $20. It is brand new. Never been out of the box. Now I guess I'll have to use it after seeing how easy it is. I got it for the laminator. I like how you embossed the cover.
Thanks for sharing. I just got mine and haven't used it but will do so shortly. I love your video. I always have to go to your video on how to reload my ATG gun. Thanks again!
Okay so I just bought this from HSN after watching your video Karlee! Thanks for your advice as well re; the cinch and the BIA. I did wind up buying the BIA and I KNOW I will love it. I bought this as well as I think for $29.95 you really can't beat it and it will give me yet another way to bind projects and make gifts. Think The BIA will be more versatile but am excited to play with this little machine as well! Thanks Karlee! Val
Thanks for the video on this. I didn't think I needed one but my son LOVES to write little stories and it would be neat to bind them. For $30.00 who wouldn't? What kind of bag is that and where did you get it? It is perfect for the Cuttlebug!
Super video! And super neat Cuttlebug Bag!--Curious as to where you got it.. Is it specifically for the Cuttlebug? It (and the folders and plates)fit in it perfectly. I want one!
Hey Karlee, thanks for this video. I think I might actually get one of these! It's easy to use, small, and it's not expensive. I don't have any sort of binder yet. What do you suggest? Thanks, Jess
Thanks for the video Karlee. I wonder if I tried that same book on my large size my story and used laminated cardstock for the cover?? I think I'll try that tomorrow. Thanks. Linda lrhardwick@shaw.ca
