You're the cat's meow!

Here are two versions of a quick card I did using Create a Critter cart. The cat is cut at 3 1/2 inches. I couldn't decide if I wanted ribbon or not so I made one of each! I used Robyn's stamps for my saying, which is from the More Punny-licious set!!

Doctor Visit

I hope you all had a great weekend, I worked at the hospital and slept and my kids had fun with daddy!!  Today I am in the midst of finishing the memory book that I was asked to make. We are delivering it this week! In the mean time I wanted to put something up for you. This is an older page that I had in my "to journal" stack and I thought I would share it.  I did this page at Robyn's house and used her font so I don't remember what font it is but the syringe and band-aid are from Everyday Paper Dolls cart. I have a few birthday cards that I need to do too! So I will get those done and up tomorrow.

Live Simply fawn Card

I wanted to make a birthday card for my sister in law that was totally her! She is a lot like me in that we are girly outdoors girls! We can keep up with the boys (and there are a lot of boys in my husbands family) but we look GOOD doing it! I think that she will love this card! I made it using my Live Simply Cricut Lite cartridge and cut the fawn at 3 1/2 inches.

Thanks a Melon Card

Today I thought that I would play with my Just Because Cards Cartridge. I chose the melon card and cut it at 5 1/2 inches. So the base of my card ended up being 5 1/2 inches tall and 7 3/4 inches wide. I am going to have to figure out a better size to cut these cards from this cart at but I decided to just finish up the card but I decided not to use the saying that is on the cart with this card and to use one of Robyn's stamps ( Fruit & Veggie Puns by My Pink Stamper) I am definitely going to have to play with this cart more to get it figured out!

Picnic Fun

I really wanted to use my new paper packs, and this is what I came up with! Maybe it will inspire you this Labor Day weekend. I used my new Summer Fun pack for the strip under my title and to mat my pictures on. I used Cricut Lite Block Party for my picnic table (cut at 6 1/2 inches) and Old West for my title (cut at 2 1/4 inches). I hope you all have a great Labor Day Weekend!

What I have been up to.... or not

Today has been a bill, laundry, and cleaning day so I haven't done much in my craft room. I thought I would share some pictures with you of my craft room.
My craft room is the last room in my house to get cleaned. It is usually not to bad but I have had so many projects and been out of town so many times the last couple of months that it has been neglected.

I had to run to the bank today and "sadly" (LOL) it is right by my Hobby Lobby. I usually avoid the temptation to go but I had just talked to Robyn who had told me that the paper packs were on sale. I found some cute packs! I already have some ideas of what projects I want to use them on.

Get Well Card

Here is a quick card that I made with my 5 year old daughter yesterday. When I had told her about how Grandpa's heart got hurt she wanted to make him something. We found a cute heart paper from the Welcome Neighbor paper stack by Stampin' Up.  The hearts in the background are orange, turquoise and grey so we used those colors in our card and my daughter said it had to have "a happy heart so that grandpas heart will know to be happy" So that is what we did. I cut the heart from George. The face stamp is from Everyday Faces by Peachy Keen and the Get Well Wishes stamp is from the new Everyday Life set by My Pink Stamper!
