"Fangtastic"

I am SOOOO EXCITED!!! I get to help preview Robyn's new stamp sets and I just got them in the mail today right after I found some super cute Halloween Paper (Midnight Spell by Die Cuts with a View) I just had to start playing with them both and this is what I came up with. The stamp I used is of course one of Robyn's newest stamp sets "Spooky Puns" I am so excited for this stamp set! WOO HOO!
I made my card 5x7 and the Vampire is from Paper Doll Dress Up (cut at 4 1/2 inches) I used Martha Stewart Drippy Goo punch, Stampin Up cardstock, DCWV patterned paper, and Paper Trey Ink ribbon.

Robyn also has a CUTE preview on her blog so check it out here!

Something I missed from CHA

I was putting things away trying to work on organizing my craft room (yes I have been in the process of organizing for MONTHS)  and I found these. At CHA one of the booths had this fun American Girl photo booth so, of course, Robyn and I had to try. We had a lot of fun!!!!

Some Wedding Things

First I want to thank everyone for their ideas that they gave me for the memory book. As I finish pieces of the project I will post pictures. This is going to be a big task for me, but I am happy that I am able to help out in this way.
Just for fun I thought I would put in this picture of my son and I. It was a beautiful and crazy wedding weekend and I have to say that I am so bummed that I forgot to take a picture of the engagement pictures that I mounted and hung on lattice for the wedding. It turned out nice, in fact the whole garden reception was just beautiful!

I made this card to go with the wedding present that all of the siblings got for the new couple. I used the Sweethearts cart for the wedding rings and then stickles to BLING them up.

I made these flowers for all of the girls!

I need your help

Okay I need you help! I was asked to put together a memory book for a baby boy who lost his mother 5 days after he was born. I would love some of your ideas on your favorite pages that would fit this book! It is all so that he can learn some about his mom as he grows up! I can't do all of the things I am thinking about so I want to choose the one that are the most meaningful/helpful. Just leave me a comment or send me a message! Thanks!

Engagement Photos

I have been busy working on these for my S-I-L's wedding this weekend. They were just going to put up her engagement pictures on a lattice. They are having a garden reception. I couldn't allow just plain pictures to be put up so I offered to jazz them up a little bit. I matted them with 2 of her colors and then added the gold behind the picture with a thick indoor/outdoor ribbon that goes all the way around the back. We will hang them on the lattice with ribbon.

An Unusual "Hot Dog"

On Sunday while I was in Utah we were able to have dinner with most of my family. After dinner we had a special dessert for the kids. Twinkies!! As we were passing the Twinkies out to all the kids my son kept saying "I wanna hot dog too, where's my hot dog mommy" It was so cute that he thought the twinkies were hot dogs!

Unicorn Birthday Car

I am just about to get in the car and start our drive home but I wanted to post this before I left.
My niece will be turning 4 later this month and so I brought her present with me instead of mailing it. This is the card I made to go with it.

This card is a 5x7 card. I used Once Upon a Princess to cut the Unicorn and I cut it at 4 inches. The plain cardstock is from Stampin' Up- Barely Banana and Elegant Eggplant. The purple polkadot paper is by Die Cuts With a View- Nana's Kids stack. The stamp is from the Family and Friends set by My Pink Stamper. I don't know the name of the punch but it is a Martha Stewart boarder punch.

Relaxing Sunday

WOW! What a crazy few days! Wednesday my mother, my kids and I drove all day to Utah. Thursday I was at my cousins wedding all day! It was beautiful and I was glad that I could be a part of their day. Friday I spent the day trying to find my outfit for my S-I-L 's wedding next weekend. I think I am done clothes shopping for a while! I saw so many cute things but all were the wrong color or style for what I am supposed to wear. I got all my pieces however and I am excited for what I got. Saturday was a Bridal shower for my S-I-L and then some pre wedding events. I was so busy but I had a great time. I am so exhausted and today has been a nice and relaxing day so far. My kids are enjoying playing with their cousins and the adults are enjoying talking and watching the kids have tonz of fun!! We are having nap time right now and then will be back to playing soon! We head home in the morning and I will have a project to post while I am driving! Hope that you are all enjoying your Sunday!

Thank Ewe

I loved the Thank Ewe card that Robyn did a while back and I had to make some thank you cards for some men that helped take the youth in our church to the lake! I tried to keep it masculine and this is what I ended up with.  I don't remember the colors I used because I made them before I went to CHA! It is all from Stampin' Up and I used Create a Critter Cartridge. Oh and of course My Pink Stamper Stamps!!
